UNITE Ukrainian Newcomer’s Integration Towards Employment!

Across Europe, thousands of Ukrainians are working to rebuild their lives — and the EU‑funded UNITE project provides the structured support they need to take their next steps with confidence. Piloted in Austria, Germany, Poland, and Sweden, UNITE combines personalised mentoring, targeted coaching, and practical workshops to strengthen participants’ skills, networks, and readiness for the labour market. The programme follows a holistic approach: mentors offer one‑to‑one guidance, coaches help participants identify strengths and career goals, and workshops address essential topics such as job‑market orientation, digital skills, and everyday integration. Participants gain clarity, confidence, and a supportive community as they navigate language learning, job search, and the challenges of starting over in a new country. Whether it’s preparing for employment, building a new network, or finding stability in daily life, UNITE accompanies Ukrainian refugees on their path toward independence.
