Den här kursen går varannan vecka.
Vill du utveckla din teknik, styrka och musikalitet samt utmana dig med komplexa koreografier?
Varje lektion inleds med uppvärmning, följt av tekniska övningar och stegkombinationer. Under terminen arbetar vi med koreografier som utvecklar både din teknik och ditt sceniska uttryck.
Schema:
v.35 och 36 därefter:
v.38, 40, 42, 46 och 48
Innehåll
- Grundlig uppvärmning
- Diagonaler med stegkombinationer
- Koreografier med högt tempo och fysiska utmaningar
- Fokus på explosivitet och förlängningar
Förkunskaper
Den här kursen är för dig med flera års erfarenhet av dans på avancerad nivå. Du bör ha en mycket hög teknisk nivå och vara redo för stora utmaningar.
Kursledare
Maria Sundin
Maria is a dancer, dance teacher and choreographer. She has a bachelor degree in arts from Tallinn University and has studied pedagogy at Stockholm University.
Over the years, Maria has participated in various courses, workshops and is also trained as a yoga teacher.
Maria works as the head teacher in jazz dance at Stockholm Musikalartist Utbildning. She also works at Balettakademien Stockholm where she teaches at professional dancer education and at
one-year education in jazz/commercial, Proffs classes and Summer Camp.
Over the years, Maria has danced and choreographed various events, shows and musicals.
At Maria's classes you can dance everything from Lyrical jazz to Musical Theater and really experience the magic of jazz dance.
Through a wide range of different jazz techniques and her ability to convey them in a methodical and clear way, Maria allows you to become curious about your own abilities and really learn to challenge your weaknesses and strengthen your strengths.
