Conditions for Cambridge English exams
The full exam fee is SEK 3 310 including 25 % purchase tax (MOMS). Please note that the payment conditions referred to on the invoice apply to courses run by Folkuniversity in Sweden and not to external exams run by Cambridge.
If you change your mind you must contact us before 12 noon on the registration deadline, because after this date your enrolment is binding, which means you lose your fee if you do not attend on the test days. To withdraw your application, you must contact Jane Davies: jane.davies@folkuniversitetet.se.
If you are ill during the period of the exam, Folkuniversitetet will compensate you for part of the exam fee (1000 SEK) providing:
- You can produce a doctor’s certificate covering the period of the exam
- You have not already taken any part of the exam including the speaking test
Test Day Photo
By registering to a Cambridge exam, you consent to be photographed on the test day and that the photograph will be held on the secure Cambridge English Assessment
Results Verification site. The photograph shall only be available to organisations/individuals that you give your details to or that you authorise to view your results.
Important information about time and place for the different parts of the exam will be sent a few weeks before the exam, to the e-mail address you have provided. It is vital you check your mailbox regularly. The speaking test may be held a few days before the main exam.
