Peer4Inclusion

Peer Mentoring for migrants and refugees

Peer4Inclusion is an Erasmus Plus initiative designed promote the inclusion of the group of migrants and refugees. Our main objective is to use Peer Mentoring as a tool to facilitate the socio-labour integration of migrants and refugees in the welcome phase.

The Peer4Inclusion project team is made up of  entities from different European countries that help create synergies between different realities: Spain, Türkiye and Sweden.

The project will produce two main results:

Peer4Inclusion Handbook

A methodological model that contains the main guidelines and orientations for applying the principles of Peer Mentoring in Labor Integration Programs aimed at migrants and refugees as well as other groups in situations of social vulnerability.

Result: Peer4Inclusion Handbook

Peer4Inclusion Training Course

A training course complemented with practical tools, designed to train as Peer Mentors to migrants who have already gone through the process of integration into the host society.
