AI for Seniors

AI4S bridges the digital divide by helping older adults develop practical AI skills that support their independence, well-being, and social connection. Through AI training, educator support, and intergenerational mentoring, AI4S enables seniors to confidently use AI tools in daily life and remain active participants in an increasingly digital society. The project promotes lifelong learning, digital inclusion, and sustainable learning pathways that extend beyond formal education.

What We Do

AI4S brings together partners to design and deliver high-quality AI learning resources for seniors, adult educators, and young mentors. Activities include AI learning modules, self-paced tutorials, digital toolkits, educator workshops, youth-senior mentoring, pilot testing, mini-launch events, and an accessible online resource hub. All actions follow adult-learning principles and align with European digital inclusion strategies.

Expected Results

AI Learning Modules & Tutorials (WP2): Practical, easy-to-use AI resources helping seniors improve independence, digital confidence, and well-being.

Educator Handbook & Workshop Framework (WP3): Structured support enabling adult educators to teach AI effectively and inclusively.

Intergenerational Toolkit (WP4): A youth-mentor framework that strengthens digital inclusion and builds meaningful cross-generational connections.

Online Hub & Dissemination (WP5): A central platform to share resources, maximize impact, and ensure long-term accessibility.
