The human figure is the most difficult thing to draw. However, this course will through simple exercises in different techniques make it seem easy. The goal of this course is to help you feel confident sketching human figures and develop your own personal style with expressive and dynamic sketches.
After just five sessions and 20 minutes of practice a day, you will soon feel a sense of freedom in your art and a growing desire to create more!

Content
During the course, you will learn:
• How to sketch human figures without using the classic construction method.
• Daily 20-minute exercises to build your "drawing muscles."
• How to draw human figures using pencil, charcoal, black ink, and gouache paint.
• How to create expressive figures full of movement and life.
Course structure
The course consists of five lessons in small, friendly groups. Each session introduces a new technique, which you’ll practice in class under the guidance of your instructor. The sessions are held in English. Between lessons, you’ll practice at home for 20 minutes a day. Each lesson builds upon the previous one. Starting with pencil and charcoal, you’ll progress to bold and colorful sketches of the human figure.
