Classes will meet at a regular time with their teacher, but instead of coming to our premises, we will meet online and thereby practicing physical distancing.
An extra intensive Swedish course for those who prefer working more intensively for two weeks. This course is offered on levels from A1 part 2 to level B2. IMPORTANT: when booking this course, please state which level you wish to do. If you wish to take this type of course from a complete beginners level, please book another period, since this period only A1 part 2 is of.
Aim of the course
To improve your ability to communicate in Swedish in everyday situations.
For the contents of the morning teaching, see the course presentation for a morning intensive course at a suitable level. The one-to-one teaching will focus on practical language usage based on your individual needs.
The emphasis is on spoken communication but we train all the other aspects like reading, writing and listening as well. In class you take an active part and practise the language in real life situations. Homework consists of reading texts, vocabulary exercises and short writing exercises.
In the mornings (at 09.00-12.30), you will work in a group to develop your vocabulary, grammar and your ability to express yourself in everyday situations. In the afternoons (at 13.30-15.00), you will have one-to-one teaching which will focus on practical language usage based on your individual needs.
In the "Extra Intensive Course" the course literature is included in the course fee and you receive the course material from your teacher upon start. Depending on the level you will use Rivstart A1+A2 or Rivstart B1+B2 (Paula Levy Scherrer, Karl Lindemalm) or some other books the teacher find suitable.
