If you have no or very little previous knowledge of Swedish, this beginner’s course is suitable for you. The A1 level is divided into part 1 and part 2.
Mål / Goals
Målet är att du, efter A1 del 1 och 2, ska kunna göra dig förstådd och förstå andra, i olika vardagssituationer.
The goal is that after A1 Parts 1 and 2, you should be able to make yourself understood and understand others, in various everyday situations.
Kursinnehåll / Course content
Du lär dig bland annat att hälsa, presentera dig, prata om dig själv (familj, fritid, studier, arbete etc.) och att göra inköp. Vi övar uttal och du får läsa enkla dialoger och kortare texter, samt öva hörförståelse. Du lär dig de grammatiska grunderna, till exempel ordföljd, tempus, substantiv- och adjektivböjningar, pronomen och prepositioner.
You will learn for example how to greet someone, how to introduce yourself and talk about yourself (your family, spare time, studies, work etc.) and how to be able to communicate in for example a shopping situation. We practise pronunciation, reading basic dialogues and shorter texts as well as practise listening comprehension. In addition, you will learn basic grammar, for example word order, tenses, noun and adjective inflection as well as pronouns and prepositions.
Arbetssätt / Methods
- Vi arbetar med alla språkfärdigheter / We work on all language skills.
- Undervisningen sker på svenska / Teaching is in Swedish.
- Du deltar aktivt på lektionerna / You participate actively during lessons.
- Du behöver lägga ner ett par timmar på hemarbete inför varje lektion / Please be prepared to spend a few hours of doing homework in preparation for lessons.
- Vi har max 12 deltagare i grupperna / We have a maximum of 12 participants in each group.

Rivstart A1/A2 Text- och Övningsbok (P Levy Scherrer, K Lindemalm, Natur och Kultur 2023, 3:e upplagan/ 3rd Edition).
Vi arbetar med kapitel 1-5. Facit och webbövningar till boken finns på www.nok.se/rivstart. Kurslitteratur ingår inte i avgiften.

Kursintyg / Course Certificates
Vid minimum 75 procents närvaro skriver vi, på begäran, ett kursintyg.
Upon request, we offer a certificate for this course, providing you have at least 75 percent attendance.
