Travelling has always been a great passion of mine. What makes exploring new cultures possible? Communication! What makes communication possible? Language - speaking a language or communicating through visual arts. So teaching languages and visual arts, is what I am all about!
I am South African, but have lived and taught in South-Korea, the UK, Brazil and now Sweden. I speak three languages fluently, while improving the other two. I am a Cambridge qualified English Teacher and also a qualified Graphic Designer. My interests include painting, reading, sourdough-baking, singing and gardening - to name just a few!
Learning should be fun and stimulating so my classes are student-centred and highly interactive. I have always thought that I have the best job in the world - which is interacting with and learning from my students!
