Content
The course is designed as a structured and progressive journey, from self-awareness to transformation, packed into an intensive and powerful two-day weekend.
Day 1
Part 1: Ignorance & Awareness
Purpose: To increase self-awareness by exploring how lack of insight can limit you, and how awareness unlocks new possibilities.
Part 2: Personal Success & Life Vision
Purpose: To help you define what success truly means to you and develop a motivating and inspiring vision for your future.
Part 3: Time & Energy Mastery
Purpose: To identify your priorities and learn how to optimize your time and energy to support your goals and wellbeing.
Day 2
Part 4: Becoming Your Own Best Friend
Purpose: To strengthen your inner dialogue, improve your relationship with yourself, and build emotional resilience.
Part 5: Clarity, Transformation & Inner Peace
Purpose: To integrate the insights from Day 1 and 2 and create a clear, actionable plan for a balanced and meaningful life.
Course Material
No mandatory literature.
The course leader will provide recommended reading for those who wish to continue their development after the course.
