Over six weeks, the group discusses topics such as gender expression, sexual orientation, consent, heteronormativity, and the impact of cultural norms. Sessions include reflection, mindfulness, and shared moments of joy, balancing space for difficult topics with opportunities for lightness and laughter.
Participants are welcome to share both positive and challenging experiences, but this is not a therapy group. Clear agreements and support are provided to protect everyone’s wellbeing, and aftercare resources are available.
The goal is for everyone to leave each session feeling empowered, connected, and understood. Respect, curiosity, and non-judgment are the foundation of the circle, which will be held in English with a gradual transition to Swedish.
Welcoming people of all backgrounds, ages, sexual orientations, and gender identities
