Many dancers are looking to gain confidence when upside down/bearing weight on their hands and increase their flexibility. If that sounds like you, Josephina's specially designed classes are a great fit to improve your gymnastics technique, handstands and flexibility!

As a Certified Gymnastics Instructor, Josephina Purpura helps people learn handstands and increase their flexibility fast!

At 6 years old, she started training as a competitive gymnast in Brooklyn, NY where she grew up. Since then, she has gone on to win several varsity cheerleading championships and toured NYC & Boston as a modern dancer in KD&D dance company. She was also admitted into and completed a 60 day Intensive Professional Program for circus arts at The Circus Warehouse in Bronx, NY.

After graduating from The University of Tampa in 2014, Josephina completed her Gymnastics Instructor credentials from USA Gymnastics and has been teaching in NYC, Palma de Mallorca & Stockholm ever since. From group to private classes, Josephina is here to build your confidence while providing a fun & fiery workout for all levels - specially designed to build handstand strength & gymnast flexibility!
