Corinne Trang is currently based in Malmö, having previously lived in New York, and has worked on projects around the world. She is the author of multiple award-winning books focusing on Asian food cultures, and her work has been featured in numerous media outlets and publications, including The Discovery Channel, TV Food Network, Martha Stewart Living, Bloomberg Radio, Newsweek, The Washington Post, Harvard Review, Publisher’s Weekly, and The New York Times.

As a food and beverage consultant, she has collaborated on messaging and product positioning with U.S.-based brands such as Thai Kitchen and Simply Asia, as well as with major companies including McCormick, Panos Brands, The Clorox Company, and ConAgra.

She has also lectured and held guest and adjunct faculty positions at several universities, including Syracuse University, the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Drexel University, the Harvard Center for Climate Health and the Global Environment, and New York University.

In her teaching, Corinne Trang tailors content to the needs of her audience to create the best possible learning experience. She uses assignments to help students develop discipline while encouraging research and critical thinking skills.
