Elena Fokina, born in 1977 in Moscow, Russia, is a multi-talented artist, excelling as a dancer, actress, choreographer, theatre/film director, and contemporary dance teacher. Her extensive training at Moscow's University of Culture and the Russian Academy for Theatrical Arts has shaped her versatile skills.
Notably, she has collaborated with distinguished theatre directors such as: Wim Vandekeybus, Sasha Waltz, Mats Ek and other. She received the Robert Alttan Award at the FILM INDEPENDENT SPIRIT AWARDS, for her role in Luca Guadagnino's «Suspiria».
You can as well see her in «The Wheel of Time» S2 Ep6, directed by Maya Vrivlo.Presently, Elena freelances globally in Dance, Theatre, and Cinema.
