Amanda LaMotte was most recently in the cast of The Music Man on Broadway starring Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster. She was previously seen on Broadway in revival of Kiss Me, Kate (catch her on the Tony Awards performance!). Amanda was also in the Original Broadway Cast of Hello, Dolly! (featuring Bette Midler, David Hyde Pierce, Bernadette Peters and Donna Murphy) in the ensemble and as a Minnie Fay and Ermengarde understudy. She was also seen in her Broadway debut in Matilda The Musical. Amanda performed in the National Tour of CATS and has danced on the stages of many regional theaters across the country. She can also be seen on Saturday Night Live, HBO’s Last Week Tonight, West World, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, and The Today Show. Amanda is a faculty member with various performing arts studios across NYC including world famous Broadway Dance Center and Steps on Broadway. Amanda teaches Masterclasses and private instruction both in-person and virtually and loves helping her students find their own sparkle. Amanda’s class at offers a supportive space for dancers to explore their confidence and creativity in theater! We will incorporate story telling and performance into our technique driven class combinations. All dancers are encouraged to find their own unique style within the movement.

Level: Advanced - for advanced participants, vocational students and professional dancers over 13 years of age.
