Application

You apply for the program via yh-antagning.se. Create an account and upload the following documentation:

Documents/transcripts showing that you have completed upper secondary school, adapted upper secondary school, or equivalent education.
A list describing previous experience with dance education in at least two of the following genres: Ballet, Jazz, Modern/Contemporary, or Street/Hip-hop. Preferably certified by a dance instructor if possible.

Once you have submitted your application, we will contact you to invite you to an audition. Read more on the Audition page.

Eligibility

The formal eligibility requirement for the program is that you must have completed upper secondary school, adapted upper secondary school, or equivalent education. However, you may also be eligible if you are assessed to have the ability to benefit from the program in another way. If you are unsure what applies to you, please contact us and we will help you.

Recognition of Prior Learning

If you do not meet the formal eligibility requirements, there is still a possibility to be admitted. In certain cases, we can make exceptions if we assess that you have what is known as recognition of prior learning, meaning that you are able to successfully complete the program. If you claim recognition of prior learning, you may need to provide additional application documents.
