Elin Örneholm

Elin Örneholm is a professional dancer, choreographer and teacher. She got her education at the Royal Swedish Ballet School - Contemporary program, Millennium Dance Complex (Los Angeles) and Åsa folkhögskola.
She has worked with productions such as Melodifestivalen, Julgalan and This is Christmas, performed at Oscarsteatern, Dansens Hus, Boulevardteatern and Friends Arena and worked with both productions, fashion shows and artists such as Scarlet and Zoe Lobos. She has been teaching for a long time as well as choreographing pieces at several schools and educations such as Balettakademien, Base23, Danscenter and SDE.
"The dancestudio should be a safe space where every student feels free to try and fail in order to learn. I focus on creating a fun and open environment where we can laugh while we learn and where people with different dance backgrounds and experience can train together and contribute to each other. It should be joyful and exciting and I'm there to help my students grow in the best way I can - that's what makes me love this. I prioritate a long good warm up with both flow, strength and stretch and focus on drilling a lot of technique elements across the floor. We also do longer sequences and choreographies."
