Who is this course for?
The course is suitable for call centre agents, customer service representatives and anyone interested in improving their English communication skills. It is aimed at students from B1 to C1 advanced level. Unsure of your language level? Please take our online language level test.
Course objectives
• Improve your pronunciation, intonation and develop your accuracy in English.
• Build your confidence through role-playing exercises and real-life scenarios
• Practice skills such as effective questioning, active listening, and showing empathy in English
• Expand your vocabulary and learn commonly-used expressions that are essential for communication in call centres and other customer service roles
• Understand cultural sensitivity and how to handle diverse customers
Course Structure
The focus is on spoken communication. We use practical situations and work with pair and group exercises, listening comprehension and conversation. You are expected to be active in the lessons and you will have the opportunity to influence the content and structure of the course. Expect a few hours of homework between the course sessions.
Teacher
The course is taught exclusively in English by a teacher who has English as a native language.
