Our Goal
The structure of the course is excellent for people looking to grow. To build confidence through the joy of creation! The goal is for you to discover how much fun it is to use your body, voice, and imagination as instruments of expression. By creating a safe group dynamic, we leave performance anxiety at the door. Here, we learn to embrace each other's ideas and discover the strength that comes from becoming excellent team players.
Course Description
Acting and improvisation are, first and foremost, meant to be enjoyable! By tapping into the true spirit of improv, we learn to "say yes" to our own creativity and the creativity of others.
In this course, mistakes are not failures—they are wonderful stepping stones that help us move forward and build confidence. Creating a character should feel like going back to your childhood years of dressing up and stepping into new worlds. Through movement, speech, and behavior, we find the tools to portray someone else, while simultaneously learning a great deal about ourselves and the people around us. Confidence is key, and when done right, this process boosts your sense of security far beyond the classroom.
Topics Covered Include:
- The Courage to Make Mistakes: Practical exercises where we turn mistakes into something creative and fun.
- The Fundamentals of Improv: Active listening, collaboration, and saying "Yes, and..." to the group's ideas.
- Character Building from Scratch: How to use movement, voice, and behavior to find childlike joy in playing someone else.
- Confidence in a Group: Exercises designed to strengthen your personal security when standing in front of others.
Course Steps
1. Saying "Yes!" and Letting Go
We begin by laying the foundation for a safe and supportive group. Through playful improvisation games, we practice listening to one another and trusting our own imagination. We focus on destigmatizing mistakes and discovering the joy of diving into the unknown without pressure.
2. The Magic of Character
We bring our inner child to life! We explore how to change who we are using simple adjustments in movement, speech, and behavior. We experiment with "putting on" different traits and statuses to build vibrant, fun, and interesting characters in a playful way.
3. The Ultimate Team Game
We bring everything together by combining our characters and improv tools into short scenes or situations. Here, we become the ultimate team players—supporting each other's creativity

Saga trained as an actor at the Academy of Live & Recorded Arts (ALRA) in London and UCLA, and studied improvisation at The Second City in Hollywood. She has appeared in various film and theatre projects, both internationally and in Sweden.
“What I enjoy most about teaching is seeing children, young people and adults grow both as individuals and as creators, and building a community together through creativity.
In my classes, I want everyone to feel confident being themselves and following their own path. To pursue their dreams and do what they are passionate about, regardless of what others may say.”
